Directions
Step 1
Infuse the grapefruit zest into the jasmine syrup.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigourously.
Step 3
Double strain into the glass over fresh ice, add lemonade.
Step 4
Garnish with a slice of coconut.
