INGREDIENTS
WATER INFUSED WITH JASMINE GREEN TEA • 10 cl
MATCHA TEA • 12 g
CANE SUGAR SYRUP • 70 cl
SUGAR SYRUP • 0,5 cl

STEPS
1 Jasmine green tea water
- 70 cl cane sugar syrup
- 12 g matcha tea
In a saucepan, boil water at 90°, infuse the tea for 8 minutes, then filter it. Once the syrup has cooled, keep refrigerated for 3 days.
2 In a shaker pour all the ingredients, add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds, double strain into a chilled glass.
